Check to see if the configurations are still set correctly on the web user interface. Also, it is a good idea to check the On Mode Switch to ensure this is in the correct position for your installation.

It is always beneficial to export your configuration file before making any changes or updates to the unit so that they may be reuploaded if necessary. Please go to the Store/Load/Update section in the web user interface to export the settings to your computer.
