Please refer to Fault modes within our manual on page 31, section 6 (https://anthemav.com/downloads/MDX_Manual.pdf) as this will indicate what fault the unit is experiencing. This will also provide some quick steps to try and resolve the issue. If the cause of concern is not listed or the steps provided do not resolve the issue, please contact your dealer and/or tech support for further assistance.
